Philosophy of Athletics
As a high school coach Glenn believes in the full development of the young men he coaches. He takes young guys and guides them to be responsible on and off the field. He believes that every thing counts from their grades to the way they treat others and the way they handle themselves in public. He reminds them that baseball will end some day but their education will last a life time. He doesn't have many rules, but the one he does have is DO THE RIGHT THING!
