2. Serve as a secondary school (grades 6-12) approved coach (excludes volunteer and private coaches)
3. Complete all required school training and/or state association requirements to teach, coach and/or instruct at the secondary school level
*If you officiate, teach, coach, instruct in a recognized secondary education sport or performing arts activities program in your state of residence and meet the requirements outlined above, you receive $2m/$5m liability insurance. Accident/medical coverage is extended to other levels (e.g. little league, pop warner, etc.).

Schools/Groups can join by printing and submitting the Coaches Group Application. This will allow one contact person to submit one payment for all coaches and receive a roster renewal notice listing all coaches about to expire.

3. Complete all required school training and/or state association requirements to officiate at the secondary school level.

Discounted price of $25.00 available to organizations with 40 or more officials. If your group meets the requirements of 100% participation you can contact the NFHS office for submission information. Groups of less than 40 can join for $35.00 by also contacting the NFHS office for ‘ submission information.
