Later this month, the NFHS Speech, Debate & Theatre Conference and Music Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown Indianapolis. The annual conference draws representatives from state activities associations, festival/contest managers, state music and speech associations, journal editors and fine arts/performing arts coordinators and educators. The conference provides a unique opportunity for individuals from across the nation to share information and best practices for managing activities.

Speech, Debate and Theatre Conference:
Monday, Sept. 21 – 1:00-5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Sept. 22 – 8:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
Music Conference:
Tuesday, Sept.22 – 1:00-5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Sept. 23 – 8:30 a.m.-noon
The two meetings overlap for two hours on Tuesday afternoon to allow collaboration between the two groups and to facilitate discussion on topics of common interest.
There is no registration fee for the meetings. Attendees are responsible for their transportation, lodging and evening meals (If staying at the Hyatt, breakfast is included in the room rate and lunches will be provided by the NFHS).
