Philosophy of Athletics
Coach Brown's goal is to help the student-athlete grow as a person and as a baseball player. His desire is to have each one of his players reach his maximum potential on the baseball field, develop as a leader and realize the work and commitment that it takes to reach those levels. That work ethic will carry over into whatever endeavors he partakes in life. Coach Brown's goal is to help him understand what it takes to be an upstanding man of character as a baseball player, a future husband, a future father and a future employee or employer. He strives every year to have each person in the program leave as a senior saying: "I am a better person for having played baseball at Vianney High School!"
