Now in her fourth year as the NFHS’ first female executive director, Dr. Karissa Niehoff previously served the Connecticut Association of Schools-Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference in the same position, and was a principal, teacher and coach at several Connecticut schools. She led volleyball, track and field, softball, basketball and field hockey teams during her coaching career, which was highlighted by four conference championships and one state title as the field hockey coach at Litchfield High School and Joel Barlow High School. #TitleIXat50
