The Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA) Women in Sports Leadership (WISL) Conference debuted in 1990 thanks to Suzanne Martin.

It is the nation’s first, largest and longest-running conference promoting females in interscholastic athletics and annually draws more than 600 attendees.

Designed for those interested in becoming a high school coach, administrator, official or athletic trainer, the WISL Conference is held every other year in Lansing, Michigan. #TitleIXat50
